Register your camper now for just $425 through April 15th.  Sign-up soon because space is limited. After April 15th the price increases to $475 for individual campers — parents registering multiple campers at the same time are eligible for the discounted $425 rate all summer long.

Our goal is to make our Horse Day Camp participants' experience one they will cherish for a lifetime. Safety is also one of our main priorities. Our mission is to teach children horse back riding skills, horse safety and build their confidence. We also want them to gain knowledge and skills when it comes to riding, caring for the horse, horsemanship, grooming, barn chores, as well as proper use of equipment (tack). Camp is available for participants 3½ to 6 years of age (Little Cowpokes) and kids 7-15 years of age.

Camp includes horse back riding lessons, English and Western, and anatomy. We make daily excursions including picnics, hiking (in Briones Regional Park or on a Bridal path) under grand oak and bay trees. Bella Oaks also offers crafts, games, and activities like sports, bike rides, treasure hunts, afternoon swimming and so much more!

Little Cowpokes Summer Horse Camp — for the little Cowpokes that want the camp experience, but are not ready for a full day. This shortened day runs from 1:00 to 3:00pm and offers educational horse safety, riding, fun and games. Come saddle-up with us for $250 per week.

*Camp Hours

Bella Oaks primary day camp hours are from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We also offer additional early morning and late afternoon camp activities. These are paid programs and include great activities. Before camp hours are 7:00am to 9:00am and cost $12 per child per day — we serve a light breakfast of cereal and juice. After camp hours are from 3:00pm to 5:30pm for $20 per child per day and include activities such as hikes, bike rides, learning to pitch tents, and exploring for forts. Whether for great summer fun or possibly a long-term relationship with a horse, Bella Oaks Summer Horse Day Camp will prepare a camper with many important skills. We have Open Ranch Days on Wednesdays April through September from 4:30pm to 6:30pm — you're welcome to drop by and visit us. Campers at Bella Oaks Horse Camp Please DO Bring:
  • Lunch
  • Water Bottles & Other Drinks for the Day
  • Sunscreen
  • Riding Boots or Shoes with at least a ½" Heel! (This is a must! No sandals or open-toed shoes.)
  • Any Necessary Medications Clearly Labeled
  • Jeans or English Riding Pants Only (No Sweat Pants)
  • Names Marked on Clothing, Lunchboxes, Helmet, Etc.
  • Note:  Bella Oaks Will Supply Snacks

Please DO NOT Bring:
  • Gum
  • iPods, Gameboys or Other Electronic Entertainment Devices
  • Jewelery
  • Inappropriate Clothing
  • Cursing or Foul Language
